The app of the prevention project "Stronger out in life" is developed in collaboration with the Center for Mindfulness. These are exercises that help children, teenagers and adults to gain more peace of mind, balance and resilience in everyday life. The app is intended for ages 4-99. The exercises are divided into three parts: Mindfulness, Compassion and Relaxation. All exercises are based on a solid foundation of science.
Stronger into life (https://sterkariutilifid.is) is a prevention project run by the Höfðbakki Psychological Institute. The project's website includes, among other things, numerous toolkits for parents. The goal is to have conversations and do exercises that strengthen the identity of children and teenagers.
